Trying really hard to stay focused;

Ive been focused now for almost 2 weeks. Ive pre planned my meals & been going mostly by Sparks nutrition plan ,but; Ive been substituting most of my meals by using basically the same meal purchased in frozen dinners by -Endulgence,Lean Cuisine,& W.W.Smartones. Also Ive been saving a dairy & fruit for my evening snack ,I dont enjoy veggies,hummus,ect.., at night. Ive been having a greek yogurt w/fruit & if low on carbs -1/4 granola.. Slowly coming off-WooHoo!
