Gotta love when you dont read your routine correctly, LOL

I was suppose to do 3 planks, I did 6 instead, LOL.

10 minute walk - warm up

3 planks ( 30 seconds, 20 seconds, 20 seconds)
10 Glute bridges

3 planks (30 seconds, 20 seconds, 15 seconds)
10 Glute bridges

By my 4th plank my arms were shaking & my boobs were sweating, LOL.

30 of each:

DB rows, each side, with 5 lb DBs
Floor press with 5 lb DBs

This workout overall got my heart rate up and had me sweating before the end of it!

Although my trainer & I had a good laugh about me misreading the routine
