Exercise-Busting Self Talk

Yesterday's premium coach assignment was to blog about my exercise-busting self talk. Right now I have the flu and pleurisy I have been doing more sleeping than I am awake at this point, My muscles ache and with lying down a lot they are also stiff so I made the decision to do at least one 20 minute session of yoga. The self talk was that I can't just lie here doing nothing, plus I bet that my muscles will love me for working them out gently. The yoga does help with the stiffness.
When I am not ill I am stern with myself in regards to getting my exercise in. I schedule my exercise time in my planner and I stick to it no matter what. I always feel better after a workout and I remind myself of that fact. Exercise is going to get me to where I want to be healthy and strong! If I skip my exercise this will get me back into what I worked my way out of to begin with. I am more alert and happy when I exercise. I am more interactive and confident! Why would I not want to exercise.
