Goals for the rest of January

I have been off the wagon for almost 9 months and I am taking a jump back on the wagon. I know logging my food, being active and using Spark works, so I am back. I am starting simple because that is what works for me.

1. Start using Spark again
2. Log all food no matter how bad
3. Be active 1 day a week and increase to 2 times a week by end of month.
