Yeah it’s noticeable

Today was my first day to be out and about and 3 people asked - have you lost weight? Now I remember that good positive feeling when others notice and question wow. If people say - you are looking good than what did I look like before? But that is ok. If it took this to get my jump start it’s worth it. Every thing is half off the lowest price so bought a large and medium - one fr now and one as my goal. Monday back to the gym but no weight machines yet. Just got a pedicure, foot massage as I am relaxed to go against the Medicaid board that keeps denying my daughter. Have a great weekend
