1/17/19 - Don't Stop

Somethings changed between my trainer and I. I feel like he has a lot more clients so doesn't give me as much attention. And or since I still haven't really lost much weight this past month and a half maybe he's disappointed in me or something. Sometimes I just feel like a big disappointment because even though I'm trying, I can't do the workout as fast as he wants me to. I told him the above today and he said I'm doing great. He just gets frustrated when I'm not eating right. Hopefully this settles my mind from all this overthinking I recently been having and we can get back to normal as I still enjoy going and have 2 more months that I pre paid for a while back. I have been eatting much better past 2 days so yey me.

    Keep up the great work and try to stop overthinking it (I know easier said than done). You are doing great by going to the gym regularly. Everyone plateaus at time and just concentrate on yourself and how you are doing.
