Good Morning; Been having some knee problems. It is just amazing how I can forget an injury to my knee nearly 40 years ago. any way, during all my cleaning I found a knee brace that I used years ago, -is in good shape. I got on you tube and found knee exercises to do to help with my knee. My knee is not aligned correctly - born with it. Discovered this 40 years ago. Doctor told me to stop running your knee does not align correctly. But this video yesterday - gave me a series of things to do to see what the problem is. It is the same- my knee cap has moved and the ligaments that hold it in place have weakened. also the problems with my foot on the other leg has exacerbated the problem. I have been doing my exercises and using the brace and the pain has lessened a great deal. I am also doing strength training again and not doing treadmill for a while. I am more organized now and I feel great about less clutter. Now I have to work with Dh to work on de-cluttering his home office. In a good place - one day at a time. Have a good day!     O, My, Goodness! I have a old knee injuries (yup both knees separate injuries). If I move my left leg a certain way the tendon does something wonkie and I can't move my leg till I pop it back in, I have to lift the leg straight out with my right leg. Creepy!!! Can you give me the link to the youtube? I have been trying to strengthen my body with the hope that the knees come to a happy place. I started using tumeric and it helps with knee discomfort.

    Ohhhhhh, I can identify totally with knee pain.

    Strengthen those quads! They take so much pressure off the knee. Good for you for using that brace, too.
