Fresh start and where to begin?

With breakfast? My DH takes a lot of photos of my cooking. This was Sunday's breakfast: oats with berries and walnuts. I add hemp seeds and ground flax.
With lunch/dinner? This is a WW recipe for a lentil cauliflower sweet potato bowl. Looks prettier when all is separated. Tastes better when mixed.
While at work? I just bought this water container. I had a plastic (acrylic) water glass, and I thought that stainless steel would taste better and be healthier. It's from Walmart. My DH gave me the teddy bear, and the wall art reads: "Button, button, who's got the button?" This was a gift from my brother's family a while back. Years ago my mother told them how I was such a good toddler, she could leave me alone with a box of buttons and I'd play quietly with them. This made them all laugh hysterically. They teased me about the buttons a lot. The thing is, my grandfather was an Italian immigrant who was a tailor and had his own shop. My mom used to leave me there when she wanted to shop "in town". (Life was a lot different then). My grandmother would give me a box of buttons, and I'd give them all names and have them talk to one another. I had a fierce imagination. Of course, I didn't give this little detail to my relatives who gave me the artwork. They had enough "teasing" ammunition already. My mom must have gotten the idea of giving me buttons to play with from this.
Well, I survived. Didn't swallow any or stick any up my nose, and none of them really talked, so I guess I'm okay.
Time to carry on and restart my diet and exercise program. Maybe I could count my cups of water by moving buttons from one jar to the next. Ha ha. Seriously, I am feeling much better and am ready for more diet and exercise changes.
