I don't know but I know having a desk job all my life, I have found that I have to move once an hour, going to a bathroom further away or taking short walks, as you don't burn many calories sitting at a desk, and I had an overwhelming urge to munch. I work a help desk and sit for hours, to that was another habit I had to break. I try to get a half hour to an hour of exercise before work each day to prepare for my day of sitting.
