January 15 - Strength Training & Feeling Kinda Blah

WATER: 64 ounces (woohoo!)
FOOD:

Cinnamon oatmeal

5 ounces tuna
Small plate of mac & cheese

9 Hershey Kisses

8 Thin Mint cookies

EXERCISE:
Strength Training

1 round of 20 reps
Floor press with 5 lb DBs
Squats
Glute Bridges
DB Rows with 5 lb DBs

:20 second plank

Tomorrow is cardio and depending on how I feel, it will be my 1st trip to the gym since before my 2nd surgery. I cant believe its been six weeks already!

I am also going to go to the store & get some more bananas, baby carrots, celery, and salad mix.
