Weekly Weigh In Week 16 & 17

I am still up 1 lb. from Christmas week. It's a little frustrating but it is what it is. I struggled this past week to keep up with both my food plan and exercise. I had an appointment every single day which interfered with my gym time and my freakin' stove quit working and honestly we ate out a lot and I didn't make great choices. I could have done something different but I let my frustrations get in the way. So.... I still have a couple of appointments this week (dealing with a dental issue and an eye issue) but I'm changing up my gym time. Also, we purchased a new stove it will be a here in a couple of weeks. In the mean time, hubby grilled a few things for the week and I'll be using the crockpot and toaster oven. I've been in such a good routine I can't let "life" get me turned around. Later....
