January 14 - Weigh In & Active Rest Day

Even on an active rest day, I still walked over 2 miles (2.15).

Today was weigh in day! Im down 0.8 from last week. Ive also lost inches in my bust & chest (under your boobs). Everything else stayed the same.

NSV: I got into a size 14 jeans, kind of! LOL
They went on, but still to pudgy of a belly to get them buttoned & zipped!
