Day 14 (building a plan)

Down 6 lbs so far this month. Not bad. Not bad at all. My goal is to be 304 by February and I'm well on the way there. This time for sure!
*knock knock knock*

Hi, we're the Bullhonky Patrol. We got a report that some bullhonky may be leaking in the vicinity?
S: Umm, well I was just saying that I'll lose the weight this time for sure...is that considered bull---
BP: *beepy meter goes off* Oh yeah. There's the leak! *they examine the meter* Apparently you seem to think you can just say you're going to lose the weight and not really do anything, is that correct?
S: Well I .... I've been tracking my calories and watching what I eat.
BP: Is that so? Because I see here that you ate 3 servings of tortilla chips, 3 servings of salsa, 2 cups of hot chocolate, and 2 servings of frosted mini wheats. And that was breakfast.
S: Is this a good time to plead the fifth?
BP: Not allowed. Now we are curious, when you say - and this is a direct quote - "I'm watching what I eat" do you mean literally or figuratively? Because literally well then your meal plan makes sense, maybe you eat it in front of a mirror or something weird like that. Figuratively, it's well, bullhonky.
S: Okay so maybe I haven't fully committed to weight loss this year.
BP: Even though you're spending $85 a month on weight loss coaching?
S: I don't like your tone....
BP: Maybe you need an attitude adjustment as this clearly isn't an issue you can just throw money at to make disappear.
S: Will *opening wallet* $10 make you guys go away? Hmm?
BP: What happened to hard work Sarah? What happened to the dedication and determination you had? Nowadays you just keep spewing this bullhonky!
S: ...... How does $12 sound?
BP: Bribery gets you nowhere. You need to work on your attitude before you go any further. We'll waive the fine this time. Hopefully we don't have to come back.
*and like a cool summer breeze they're gone*
Well that was terrible but, they're right. I haven't fully committed to this weight loss. I need to stop spewing the bullhonky and commit. Like, now.
Anyway, I'm actually building a plan this week. I hope to put it into action next week. This Thursday I have my make up meeting with Coach Cathy and I hope we can recalibrate.
