I finally started tracking yesterday. And today my girls gave me a new Fitbit. This one is a bit different than the others that I had. It will take a while to get used to it, but it can't be that hard. Now I won't have to ask everyone at work what time it is.
I will work on getting back to 7000 to 8000 steps a day as quickly as I can and make it to 10,000 steps a day by the end of February. I can do this!
With tracking food and using the elliptical machine and work and therapy exercises I should be able to start losing weight again. My new mini goal is to lose 1# per week until my next Dr appointment in May. 1/2# will be acceptable but not optimal.
