As of today I have almost completely consumed all of my Christmas chocolate. One box of toffiffe left and it is all over! Time for a change in diet and lifestyle!
We are all sick with the flu over the last few days. My plan is, once better, to start going for my 7:00pm walks again. It's about half an hour of fresh air and leg stretching exercises.
Water will be my main target for diet this week. I drink Coke Zero normally but although there are no calories, I find it really leads me toward wanting sweets, greasy food and junk in general (Chips etc).
I'm going to weigh myself once a week. I'm thinking Saturday mornings will work best. I am going to take weekly measurements of my arms, legs etc as well so I don't get stuck on the weight end of things.
