I stopped dieting and finally made breakfast my most important meal of the day. Stop drinking coffee in the morning cause it stops my appetite. I WANT to eat breakfast, ergo no a.m. coffee. Trying to not add sweetner, salt, and sugar to my home made meals. Lost 22lbs so far. I do NOT diet any more but count my calories and portion control to keep me focused. Still got ways to go but so far I'm feeling so positive that I'm eating food I like and I'm not depriving my desires. All about servings. Big breakfast and light meals for Lunch and Dinner. Snack is a fruit.
