STARTED BACK AT THE GYM AGAIN

Well, I made the decision to start back at the gym as of January 2019 and have been going regularly. I decided to hire a personal trainer, as well, (1 x per week) to help me work the right muscle groups correctly without re-injuring my left knee. Up til now, I had been using my home treadmill for my go-to exercise. The first thing the trainer recommended was to avoid the treadmill until we strengthen my knee muscles. OOPS! Hope I haven't done more damage to myself in the process. He also recommended I take Glucosemine (sp?) which I have started doing. He also wants me to use the stationary bike and/or row machine for cardio. I like the fact that the row machine is a better form of cardio since it works almost all muscle groups and because its different, maybe I will see more results. My sessions with him are going slowly (only 2, so far) while he evaluates me. I will report again later on how things are going.
