Jan. 7-13 In Review

I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in. I am really trying to make this become a habit of getting them in.
I was really good with my eating this week. I had Friday where I wasn't as good but I knew I was going for a higher calorie dinner, so I tried to have less calories during the day so that it wasn't as bad. I don't think that I was that far over my calories for the day.
I lost 0.6 pounds this week.
