I have lost 4 lbs since I started real appeal so I am still down 12 lbs from my previous weight loss. I am so glad I caught it before I put all the weight back on.
I have been using my Wii everyday and play music with it so I keep moving. I do at least 60 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I do daily Fitbit challenges and challenges here on SparkPeople to keep me going.
I forgot how important SparkPeople is to me and I got lost for a while.
Shockingly, I spent the day meal planning. I never thought I would do that. My husband is also doing real appeal so he is my accountability buddy. He packed on the pounds as well. He also does the cooking.
Even more shocking I have been tracking all my food.
My goal is to limit fast food to 1 time per week. I went a bit crazy with it for a while. That is done!
I am determined to do this!! I have 2 beautiful horses. They deserve to have a rider who looks as good as they do
