A New Week and A New Challenge for Stress Busting

Okay, I am supposed to pick two stress-reducing activities that I can incorporate into my day, which will help me as I navigate this Stress Busting Challenge. Here is what I have to choose from:
1. Walk
2. Call a friend
3. Journal
4. Play a board game
5. Exercise and work up a sweat
6. Plan something fun
7. Take a hot bath
Here are the ones that I have been doing for quite some time:

Here are the ones that I don't see me doing and why:
1. Journal ~ I am not a writer all of the time and I don't like putting my thoughts on paper or on the computer. It's just a chore for me to do that even though I do this here in SP Land.
2. Play a board game ~ When I am FRUSTRATED that is the LAST thing that I want to do because it frustrates me even more and all I want to do is throw the game across the room.
3. Plan something fun ~ I am not sure I understand how to do this anymore. If someone else does the planning I am able to go and have fun but for me to plan it, YIKES!!!
4. Take a hot bath ~ I am not able to get in and out of the tub any longer and besides I am not a bath person.
I will keep incorporating the three that I have highlighted that I am able to do and it does relieve my stress when I pour myself into either of those and concentrate on that alone. I can feel the relief now!!!
Since this journaling has made me a bit antsy, I will get on my Gazelle in front of the TV to keep me from having any more stress today!!!
