After Midnight Again

I truly had in mind to post before midnight but got busy looking on the internet and you know how that is. emoticon

I did three sets of 10 today of strength training. I know for some of you that is not much, but for me it is a lot. I hope to build on this. I am using 5 lb. weights. Last year at this time I was good to use 1#, but now it has been so long without I feel like I am starting over.

Late lunch today was the last of the chicken salad on 1/2 a ciabatta bun and then for dinner I had Tuscan chicken over spaghetti. It was so good. It had spinach and mushrooms, but I threw in some roasted tomatoes because I love them on everything.

We brought home some key lime pie from yesterday and had that as a dessert. It was small but I know it still had plenty of calories.

I started on the laundry as DH has a week's worth of dirty clothes. We did some planning with our bank today toward our future retirement and it was encouraging. We know what we have to do to get to that point.

Today was one of my sister's birthdays. She is 67. We are getting up there in years. My oldest sister will soon be 82 in March.
