Maintaining an attitude of gratitude enables me to be of service to my community, because it gets me out of my own head and reminds me how blessed I am.

Tomorrow is our Regional meeting (and boy, are those things stressful). I am making multiple meetings prior to help me remain focused on recovery. I am also walking longer distances, so that I am making time for healthy meditation on my walks!!

Focus on the positives!!

I had noticed I had gotten away from trying to live in a state of gratitude. First big indicator there's a problem? Traffic annoys me terribly. If I am yelling at other drivers, no matter what they might be doing, it is my attitude that is the bigger problem. (because there will always be stupidity out there!) So, what is the solution? Make more meetings, make meditation and walks a high priority, and focus on gratitude!!!
