Climbing out of the hole - I see some light

OK, I am 4 days in on planning my meals for the day. I have brought lunch every day, I am IN LOVE with pre made protein shakes and they take place of snacking. I am not get exercising as I NEED sneakers but I plan to get back at the gym this weekend. I have lost 4 pounds and I do love my new scale and I get on it daily - that works for me. I am almost to my full water intake and handling that well. I bought two new tops to help me FEEL good. Am I going to want Pizza tomorrow, YES, am I going to make it at home, I am deep dish with ground turkey. Tomato sauce and dough and cheese but I will have MODERATION and eat is slow and enjoy it and then save the rest for lunch on Saturday! I got this. at least I keep telling myself that. If I can hit 5 pounds by Monday I will be THRILLED ! Have an amazing day!
