January 9 - Rest Day & Slow Steady Progress

This time of year is very difficult for me. My PTSD keeps me from sleeping. I actually thought I got decent sleep last night. However, my Fitbit said otherwise.

I was up shortly after 7am. I let the dogs in and watched tv for a bit. Then I put them in their kennels and went back to bed to try to get some more sleep. I got about 3 hours before the dogs let me know they needed out.

Im getting on average 48 ounces of water in daily. Im trying to hit my minimum of 250 steps each hour between 8am - 10pm. Im also keeping produce readily available to snack on. Today I had a banana, celery with ranch, and there was broccoli in the chicken alfredo I had for dinner.

So, Im making slow steady progress in all areas. My next goal is to get back into the gym.
