Back at it

Well, somehow over the holidays I gained 10 pounds. I actually think the gain started in late October and just kept going :/
I’m back at 170 right now. I like to stay right at 160, at my lightest I was 155 which was goal weight. I’m 40, metabolism is slowing down, and I made one bad food choice after another, stopped tracking food, and ate whatever I wanted all the time, stopped exercise as well.
New goal to lose 10 pounds. I’ll post a new blog when I get there. I’m back to my exercise regimen and tracking food, both are a huge part of my weight loss goals. I started this journey at 202 pounds and I’m never going back to that. Thankful for a clear head and a new start. Here’s to getting my health and energy back!
