New year and new habits!

Well 2018 was a total BUST!!! I actually gained all the weight I had lost in 2017. That's what untreated depression does for me. So in December I went to see my doctor and get some help.

My life's goal is always to be at a healthy weight, some years I manage pretty well and others, not so much. Well 2019 is starting off great. Its like my mind flipped a switch and I stopped eating so poorly and so much.
Some other changes, I start my day off doing a daily devotional and I am doing some stretches everyday. Well these changes have made a 7 pound difference in my weight.

I am over the moon about this fact, and it is motivating.

Lets Go 2019, to the healthier me!!! Both mentally and physically!
