Weigh-In -- 6Jan19

Not a good week - Too much holiday, up a couple pounds...
Weather has been pretty good, highs above freezing, lows above 0F. Not much snow or ice left.
Last week's goals --
Freggies - Got at least 5 every day, but still room for improvement.
Water -- Increased the water but still not up to 64oz a day.
Cardio - Did 4/7 last week.
Tracking -- I started some tracking, usually breakfast, sometimes lunch.
Next week --
Freggies - Aim for more than 5 a day.
Water -- Increase the water to at least 48oz/day
Cardio - Keep up the "at least 10 minutes a day" streak and see how far it will take me. I've completed Day 4.
Tracking -- JUST DO IT!!! I have to get better at finding close fits for what I cook for myself.
We are supposed to have above average temperatures for the next week and little chance of moisture. Probably a bit windy, though.
