JANUARY 6 - Here's to a New Year!

Every year I set financial, physical, and emotional goals. They tend to go something like this
Lose X pounds
Get back into therapy
Pay bills off and or start saving money
Well I can say I accomplished 2 of the 5. I lost 15 lbs (thanks gallbladder removal) and I paid off some big bills.
Lose 17 lbs, will put me at a 60 lb overall loss
Gym twice a week
Minimum 64 ounces water
Eat at home (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) 5 days a week. Only eat out for dinner
$50 a month into savings
Journal or blog daily progress and or just how I am feeling
Try to find a new counselor
