Jan 6 - Blogging More This Year & FOCUSING ON ME

Last year was insane and needless to say weight loss was not a priority. However, having my gallbladder removed before Christmas and being toward the end of that recovery, Im ready to focus.
The day after I was discharged (12/12/18) I was 205. As of today, Im 190.
I havent made it back to the gym yet. I started out around the 14th of December of walking my cul de sac. Then after my staples were removed I had a really rough week. Then around the 30th I started doing body weight strength training, wall pushups, dumb bell bicep curls w 2 lb weights, etc.
Then on January 1, I found my Fitbit Charge 2! So Ive been wearing it daily and getting steps in. Some says are better than others.
Now to continue with healthier food choices. :)
