The Little Things

Today is about getting back to basics, paying attention to the little things, and engaging my mind. Basics for me are doing my Sparkpoints daily, minimizing carbs, and exercising at least 30 minutes. The little things are things like parking far away from the entry, taking stairs, using mustard instead of mayo, and taking the long way around the store. For my kind, I am getting involved in OA, for real. I have ordered the book, I'm listening to podcasts, and tomorrow my best friend and I are going to a meeting. I GOT THIS.
