Update: Low Carb plan

Knowing It will be a while until I can be active enough to burn sufficient calories to lose weight, I decided to join my husband doing low carb Keto/Atkins method.
My doctor approved it for me several years ago and I did okay on it. It is supposed to help with my blood sugars, blood pressure and high cholesterol. Go figure.....
We started Dec 26 and have been Experimenting with recipes we enjoy, And discarding those we cannot tolerate. (And there have been a few of those!)
The whole Keto/Atkins plan is totally opposite of what I’ve been doing on the SparkPeople plan but it works. Somehow.
So far I’ve been losing a about a pound a week which is my goal. A total of 10 since getting out of the hospital on Nov 8.
This is what we had for breakfast this morning.
