Coming back to spark people after what looks like two years is really a punch to the gut. Seeing all the time that has passed with no real change makes me realize just how much time I wasted. I made posts like: this is it, I’m ready, getting started, etc. But, nothing changed ☹️ I came back this time with the same thoughts but seeing my past failures makes me wonder if this time will be the same.

I signed up for the Winter BLC, with the majority of my teams being inactive now I was so happy to see they were still going and it looks like I just made the deadline. During the BLC challenges was the only times I can remember truly being on the right path, they pushed me to do my best because I apparently care about not letting others down more than I do letting myself down 😂

Hello, again.

    I have been on Spark People these past few years and I, too, keep posting the I am starting again, starting anew, etc. But, I just keep on starting over and Spark People has been helpful in keeping me motivated. It is important to get a team that is active and maintaining that forward motion. Good luck with your Biggest Loser Challenge!!

    It's great seeing you back! While I still struggle, without participating in the BLC, things would be a lot worse! I love that photo of the gal with the scale you have posted on your page! That is so true!

    * Totally know the feeling.

    * I'm very sober and aware that what I have been doing for the past 10 years has totally not paid off. I'm taking the gamble that tracking will pay off. It's the one thing that I've never brought to fruition. As I write this, it's literally the ONLY effort I'm making. 6 days in it seems to be paying off,

    * May the one in Spring be a blessing to you as well!! emoticon
