Wow, I haven't updated in forever! I am done another 4.6 pounds this week., leaving another 27.4 until I get back to 197, where I was.

In the year that I have been doing this, I have had my weigh-in's on different dates. It started on Thursday, and then because of a challenge, I moved it to Tuesday. But this time, it happened to be a Monday.

I think this gives me extra motivation to be careful on the weekends, especially sunday. Yesterday, I was very conscious of my approaching weigh-in, and was really careful with what I ate, and especially in drinking my water.
