So far, so good.
I've been having some insomnia for a while, mostly waking up in the middle of the night. I'm not sure it's really insomnia, or just my new "normal" sleeping pattern. Most nights I can get back to sleep pretty quickly which was the case yesterday. Last night I kept waking up, but I think it was partly because I knew I had to get up early, since I had an early meeting at work.
Also I had some pretty bad night sweats the other night. And a little sciatica flare in the evening.
Today I actually feel pretty good. I was a little fuzzy headed this morning during my meditation, but I felt pretty clear and alert the rest of the day.
I have been feeling a bit irritable with people interrupting (more than I usually would). Perhaps a bit shorter fuse than normal.
I've got my 10 push-ups in for 3 days now.
