Day 2 of 2019
Wednesday, January 02, 2019
We have made it past the holidays and now have the Winter to look forward to....or maybe Spring.....but that seems so far away. I enjoyed the holidays with family and friends. It was very busy but I feel very blessed to have a home that allows me to host celebrations.
My daughters and I attended a live play of A Christmas Carol that was excellent. That evening I hosted a party for my close friends. The next 3 days were celebrations with family...all at my house. I finally took down all the decorations yesterday.
I'm ready to start this year with new healthy habits. My husband wants to join a local gym. I'm hesitant due to the cost but if we use it, it will be worth it. I really want my feet and knee to get better so that I can exercise without pain....heck just getting through the day without pain would be such a change. I've tried so many different things and I know that it takes time to heal but I feel it's been way too long. I'll keep trying and praying that I find the cure.
My plans for this day forward is:
1) eliminate junk food from my diet
2) exercise goal is at least 30 minutes per day
3) eat more colors of the rainbow
I wish everyone reading this a great New Year!
