BLC 39 "opened the doors" today. The official
will be Wednesday, January 9th but we have this time to get settled into our teams and get to know each other. Admin has also set up daily challenges to get us started. Today's challenge is to set our goals for BLC39 (and beyond.)
GOALS - To lose fat, gain muscle, and get healthy.
SPECIFIC goals -
1. Eat Healthy and track every BLT.
2. Walk/Cardio 6X a week (10,000 steps a day), ST 3X.
3. Drink enough water, get enough sleep
MEASURABLE - I will keep track of my goals by using my Healthmate sleep and activity tracker, using MFP or Spark to keep track of my water intake, food, and calories, weighing once a week and taking my measurements once a month.
ATTAINABLE - I need to schedule my time and have a plan B in place.
RELEVANT - I want to be healthy, get off my BP medications and set a good example for my children and grandchildren.
TIMELY - I will lose 15 lbs by the end of BLC39 and will reach my ultimate goal weight by January 1, 2020.
