31 Day Challenge

I am participating in my own 31 day challenge. It consists of:
1. Exercise at least 24 days in the month of January.
2. No alcohol during the month of January.
3. Time management - Limiting my work time and focusing on a healthy me and a healthy home!
That's it! I'll check in on these three items daily for the next 31 days. Let's see what progress will come of it!
