Starting the New Year on the Right Foot

Literally--my right foot goes first when I walk.
Nothing like the New Year to get on track. I lost 10 pounds in the fall with Weight Watchers during a limited 14-week program at work and got below that BMI that said I was no longer overweight. I kept it off until Christmas--however, I did gain back two or three pounds during the holidays.
I also exercised better in the fall but fell off the wagon with exercise in December.
Before I gain it all back--here I go again! I'm tracking food and exercise.
