Today I am feeling determined and empowered to figure this all out for once and for all. I am SICK of yoyoing with my weight, feeling bloated, and feeling and looking lousy. I need to do better with my food and weight. Maybe the new dog will help me as I have already been taking him for walks and have gotten more steps than usual. I am ready for this new determination. I am not calling this a resolution because I am not good about keeping them. So I need to go back to what has worked for me
Years ago I used to put a sticker on the calendar every day that I worked out for at least 10 minutes. As simple as that sounds, those stickers really motivated me! So let me start with this. Meal planning also helps me stay focused and successful. Back to that as well. I can do this! And I will.
That double chin has got to go!
