Same weight as last week...
2018 is pretty well shot - unfortunately, I'm up 5 pounds for the year. And I can't blame it on anybody else...
Time to take a good look and see what steps I can take to improve that.
The last goals I set were -
5 or more freggies a day -- I've been doing fine here
64 oz of water a day -- Been getting about half of this.
At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -- Was in an exercise slump for most of the past couple months. Finally started some cardio last week.
An assessment and goals --
Freggies - I've been doing pretty well here, but could do a lot better, like aim for more than 5 a day.
Water -- I've slipped back into the diet cola habit and that needs to stop for several reasons: it is a poor substitute for water, it contains nasty chemicals, and it's expensive! So -- CUT THE COLA!!! And increase the water.
Cardio - Keep up the "at least 10 minutes a day" streak and see how far it will take me.
Tracking -- I know that it works, but I just don't like to do it. Time to bite the bullet and JUST DO IT!!!
That should get me off to a pretty good start for the year with just a little tweaking.
