Transferring the Goods
Sunday, December 30, 2018
Good morning one and all. It's been awhile since I have done a blog; it's time. A few updates:
I still have severe sciatic pain.
I finally have an MRI scheduled for Jan 8th.
I had a great Christmas how about everyone else?
I failed to do my daily exercises as I wanted to simply because of the pain.
I have already gotten up and done some exercising today. Today has been decent so far. It comes and goes.
As you can see my title says transferring the goods. My youngest daughter, Angie, gave me a huge stocking filled about 1/2 way with sweets, socks, perfumes, lotions and jewelry.
I am transferring this....
and keeping this....
I can honestly say though since Christmas Eve when I opened the stocking I have had 1 miniature M&M package and 3 marshmallow Santa's. I could have chowed down but I had already told Angie 2019 is going to be my year and after Jan 1st I wanted to readjust my eating habits, but hey, guess what? I started today instead. No time like the present.
My oldest daughter Kishwa got me an instant pot and Angie bought me a cook book to go along with it. These will be a start to a better foundation for readjusting my eating habits and eating better. I also plan on eating breakfast which is normally something I pass up. Plus, one of Angie's gifts was an air fryer and she lives with me so it's a win/win situation.
I hope all of you had a grand Christmas as well remembering that Jesus is the Reason for the Season. I wish you all a memorable 2019. Here's looking at you babe.
Just for kicks ~
