If only I could stick with it this year and do my best to be healthy I would then pat myself on my back and be grateful that I did stick to it.

    write in details what you want to accomplish and how you plan on accomplishing them... in baby steps. I can't think of how much weight I need to lose, because it seems like such a big number. I am concentrating on other non scale goals at the moment.

    I will pat you on the back now and tell you your best every day isn’t necessary. Doing what you can is always enough. I’ve heard setting small daily minimums are best. A short list too!
