Driving three hours with a car full of things is not exactly what I call a great environment for healthy eating. And it wasn't. I decided to be honest and record everything I ate today. And, yeah, it was ugly.
I'm glad I was able to be honest, though, because it really showed me how compulsively overeating and binging affects my calorie count. I was able to look at it and see where my triggers lay, what habits were effecting my poor decisions.
Altogether, it was not the best day for my poor body. But I'll wake up to an opportunity to start again tomorrow, and I'm excited for that. I need to keep a progression mindframe. It's a setback, not a failure. 😊
