Reboot day 34

Tuesday, December 18, 2018

So this last week didn't go as planned emoticon . A lot of exercise was done but only one pound loss emoticon . Water weight emoticon has a lot to do with it, but I was hoping for better results. Will do better this week, hopefully.

I caught a cold emoticon last week, compliments of my children emoticon , and this week I am really feeling it. Ribs are hurting emoticon and coughing like crazy. The cold air emoticon seems to make me feel more winded. But I am not letting this cold stop me from doing what I need to do.

So, this past weekend, my hubby and I decided to make a few projects for my kids and my parents and his niece. We worked on a wood music book stand for my oldest daughter, that was a huge task, but it looks great. Then we made a shadow box for my 2nd to the youngest, 9 year old daughter, a shadow box for the 5k run she completed last month. So that will include her shirt, her running number, photos and medal she received. Then for my mom and niece we are making a family sign that will include a place that they can clothes pin pictures too. I can't wait for them to be all finished. Tons of sanding, staining and painting. But I think they will love them.

Well that's all I have for today. Thank you for reading my blog and have a wonderful day.

Be sure to take care of yourself. One pound a week is awesome. My average is just 0.8 but I'm happy because it is a loss. Again take care of yourself as you won't be doing much if in a hospital bed.

one gone is better than one gained... don't be so harsh on yourself... look down the road where you will be in 6 months at 1 pound a week... 24-25 pounds down and if some weeks are larger weight loss then you could be at 30 pounds gone... think where you would be if you weren't on this path... 30 pounds gained????
