Saying Good-bye to 2018 and Accountability

Saturday, December 15, 2018

I'm reposting this here so i can come back and review it.....

My Word for 2018 and it’s meaning:

Accountable: subject to the obligation to report, explain, or justify something; responsible; answerable.

Accountability: the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable.

I chose this word because I have let life, emotions, work and family obligations take precedence over my health and well-being. I feel at times that life is passing me by and I’m standing still afraid to move or change.

UPDATE: I did not hold to the meaning of this word. I had the best of intentions, as many of us do, but life and stressful eating got in the way.....AGAIN!!! The next few weeks are going to be a blur with work and family obligations as well as the upcoming holidays. I'm just going to take things one day at a time and then begin anew when the new year comes.

Now I need to find another word that means something to me and use it as motivation to reach my goals and become healthy and fit.
