Proud Moment: I have been logging my food intake every day for the last 3 months. As a result, I have come to the conclusion my portions were too big and my exercise wasnt burning enough calories. I don't have it all together but understanding that I need to reconsider my portions and burn more calories is a break through for me. 🙂

    Awesome realization. I started measuring my portion a while ago and discovered the same thing. Some foods are difficult to determine the calorie count but measuring my portions was a definite eye opener. I wish you the best.
