This morning at a middle school 20? Miles from us had an active shooting situation. A 14yr old boy confronted officers. Then he turned the gun on himself. He took his own life. He was not a student at that school.

No one else were injured.

That is way too close to us.

As I see it there is no easy solution to all this.

We got to the cemetery to replace flowers on Johns gravesite.
We have to walk a little ways, not too far, but considering Larry and I both use canes. We got it done. I look at Johns grave and encryption on the stone and it still doesn't seem possible that he is gone. 2 years at that!

My BP is still up and down. I have had Panic Attacks and/or Fight or Flight episodes for years. I know what is partially leading up to it. Now what to do about it.

Sad what this world is coming to...shootings in school instead of prayers to start the day....or even the pledge of allegiance!

Can't believe the dates on the headstones of any of my loved ones...seems like only yesterday they were here with us... emoticon emoticon to you and DH
