Everyday I fight a battle within myself to get up, get out and move. Most days, I can find any excuse to do anything but exercise. The last 2 days I have won the battle. Why? You ask, I have removed any obstacles, that could get in my way. My alarm is set, Workout clothes are ready, my pre workout is prepped and (my new thing) no distractions. (TV, cell phone) I have tried to eliminate anything that could possibly give me reason to stop and think of anything I could be doing.
I can't say this will always work but I am trying to create a habit that will stick!!
