Decided to try intermittent fasting this morning. Got up, drank some water and then headed out for a walk. I ended up chatting with a friend whom I hadn't spoken to in awhile. 2 hours and 1 great catch up convo later I had more than 15k steps. I didn't even realize how much time had passed. Before I went in the house a lady stopped me on her way out of the complex,she had watched me walk around the complex several times, she congratulated me on my determination to get my exercise in. It felt good to know that without even trying I had inspired someone. 💪👍🙂
The fasting actually helped me too, I had more energy than I would after eating. I had no coffee, only water. I'm going to try it again tomorrow and see if I feel the same.
