A & I W1 -- DECEMBER GOALS

My goals for November were pretty simple:

1) stay away from the junk. It has no nutritional value & definitely WON'T help me along the way to my goal
2) cardio 4 days a week. Something in addition to walking. JUST walking isn't cutting it, obviously.
3) back to the Beach. South Beach diet, actually. Phase 1, here I come!

I figured simple was best!
And it went pretty good.

1) for the most part I DID stay away from junk
2) I'm doing the cardio. Just to switch things up a bit I turned 2 of those into a circuit--alternating ST with jumping jacks, jump rope, running in place, etc. I liked it! A little change to humdrum...
3) P1 went OK. I'm redoing it, tho. It could have been WAY better.

So...



I'm going to do the same thing as November but behave myself a bit more!
